character: Markus Gregersen
canon: Original
concept: Imagine Denmark in a steampunk 1920's setting. That's it, that's the concept.
quick rundown: Everyone still talks about the demimondes of Paris, fifty years back or so. How could you forget such a thing? But no one talks about the tout-le-mondes of Denmark now. Male "companions" who are invited to all the big parties and events to "liven things up a little", dancing with the women for a dime, sleeping with anyone for a little more than that. Everyone loves a good tout-le-monde, no party's the same without them, if nothing else there's scandal in the air and something to whisper about in the corners until the next piece of gossip hits. Markus is a tout-le-monde, actually he's not just some tout-le-monde, he's the most infamous there is. It's said the mayor of all people pays him for his "company", though of course no one can confirm for sure. That's the life Markus leads until he meets Adam. Adam's a young philosophy student, he believes in freedom of choice and in love, silly concepts in this day and age. Still, he sweeps Markus' feet away right under him and the two fall in love, despite the fact that Markus has a lung disease that will soon enough kill him and honestly can't afford love over income. They spend one happy summer together, then everything comes tumbling down. Markus must get someone to pay his creditors again. Adam must realise that maybe love is more than just a fluffy concept. They must both realise that there are multiple ways to die alone.
canon point: Defaulting to early timeline, before Markus and Adam have gotten together for cross-canon, but will play from any point in the story with potential canon-mates or interested parties.

active times/pace: CEST/CET player. Tries to be online at least during the evening my time, but it varies. More one tag a day player than anything, but if you hit me up at the right time, I can still boomerang a bit.

physical affection: Go for it. Reactions may vary depending on CR, but for the most part he'll be a good sport about it.

relationships: M/M or M/F, though I'd like to discuss M/F beforehand, whereas M/M is kind of the default with him.
psychic info: He has no mental barriers and will be an easy read. Ask if you need more info.
magical info: No magical powers.
medical info: He suffers from and eventually dies of an undefined lung disease.
offensive subjects/triggers: If terminal illness or illness in general is a trigger for you - same goes for a romanticized portrayal of sex work, please avoid and feel free to let me know, so I can avoid tagging you.
